Getting Started
Up and Running in Minutes
Charge It
Connect the included Type-C 5A charger. Full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.
Install Cartridge
Remove the protective clip, insert the 12×25mm cartridge at a 45° angle until it clicks.
Create Your Design
Press and hold the power button 5–6 seconds. Use the touchscreen to add text, QR codes, images, or serial numbers.
Place the print wheel on your surface. Press the button — the printer slides across and prints in one pass.
Pro Tip: Transfer Images via USB
Connect BrandJet™ to your computer with any USB cable. It enters U-disk mode — drop BMP/JPG files (max 160px height) into the PIC folder, disconnect, and your images are ready to print.

Maintenance
Keeping It Clean
Flash Jet
Use the built-in flash jet function to clear slightly dry nozzles. Ink is ejected quickly — wipe away any accumulation.
Surface Wipe
Spray the included cleaning agent on a soft cloth or toilet paper. Gently wipe the nozzle surface. Never use hard objects.
Deep Soak
For seriously clogged nozzles, remove the cartridge and soak the print head in cleaning agent for 3 minutes. Shake gently before reinserting.
Storage
When not in use, fasten the cartridge protective clip to keep it sealed. Store at 10–25°C away from fire sources.
White & Yellow Ink: These use pigment-based ink with a higher pigment ratio. Shake the cartridge gently for 10–30 seconds before each use to ensure even distribution.

No. All editing is done directly on the built-in color touchscreen. You can create text, generate QR codes, set up serial numbers, and adjust print settings without connecting to any phone or computer.
Connect the printer to your computer using any USB cable while the device is powered on. It will enter U-disk mode. Open the drive, locate the PIC folder, and copy your BMP or JPG files into it (max height: 160 pixels). Disconnect — your images are ready to use.
WiFi transfer is currently supported on Android devices only. However, all editing and printing is done on the device itself. Image uploads are done via USB (works with any computer). iOS WiFi support may be added in future updates.
Dry ink uses a faster-drying formulation at 8.5–9V. Water-based ink uses a slightly wetter formulation for better absorption at 11–12V. The nozzle voltage is adjustable in settings. White and yellow inks are pigment-based and should be shaken 10–30 seconds before each use.
1) Use the built-in flash jet function. 2) Spray cleaning agent on a soft cloth and gently wipe the nozzle. 3) For severe clogs, remove the cartridge and soak the print head in cleaning agent for 3 minutes, shake gently. 4) For white/yellow ink, shake the cartridge 10–30 seconds. 5) Reinsert the cartridge firmly.
For typical packing sessions with intermittent printing, expect several hours of operation. The auto-shutdown timer (configurable in settings) conserves battery when idle. Charging via the included Type-C 5A cable takes approximately 1.5 hours.
1) If battery is depleted, connect the charger and wait 30 minutes. 2) Verify you're using the included Type-C 5A charger. 3) Check that the battery indicator lights up when charging. If the indicator doesn't light up, contact support.
